More than studios, we offer you seven modern 2-storied one bedroom Waterfront Apartments and a two bedroom historic Cottage- 50m from the Raglan township.

Peacefully nestled along the waterfront, each Apartment and the Cottage has a grandstand view of the Raglan harbor and soul-stirring west coast sunsets.

Inspired by its relaxed atmosphere, welcoming boutique style, and modern spacious layout, the Apartments and the Cottage are situated in the heart of the Raglan township with the water, restaurants and cafes right outside your doorstep.

All Apartments & the Cottage are serviced twice a week, all your linen and bedding provided, the kitchenettes/kitchen are equipped with basic cookware, with free wireless internet and off street parking.

The Apartments

How big are the Studios? Bigger than an Auckland apartment! Guests are often surprised at the size, enjoy the homely feel and love being right in the heart of Raglan.  Our studio apartments are 2-storied. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchenette and lounge with outdoor flow to your private patio.  The upper level has a luxury bedroom with king bed and bathroom. Bi-fold windows open from bedroom with gorgeous views. They can accommodate 3 people.  A roll-in single bed can be set up in the lower level for the 3^rd person.

May to mid Dec $205 per night during the weekdays, and $235 per night during the weekends. Summer season varys, please check our website.

The Cottage

Need more space? Choose your Cottage.  Moved to Raglan by barge in 1874 it is one of Raglan’s original homes.  You’ll discover a cozy lounge, full kitchen, and private courtyard. Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a Queen bed, gorgeous views, ensuite and private deck. The downstairs bedroom has a King sized bed or 2 singles. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people, it is fantastic for groups, families, and also as a romantic getaway.
