Xtreme Waste invites Raglan to its 10th birthday celebration on Saturday 6 March at the Town Hall from 7pm . Music starts at 7.30pm and continuous live entertainment until 1am. Food and Alcohol for sale at this R18 event.
“There will be live entertainment from 7.30pm kicking off with Antonio and Spoken Word Act – Ruiha and André, Leon, Cornerstone Roots and DJ’s Jamin-I and Dubsonic”.
Education Officer Lindsey Turner says “All funds raised will go towards building an Education Room at Xtreme Waste. With a dedicated Education Room, we can provide even better Education Outside The Classroom experiences. ……Over a 1000 students have undertaken site tours of Xtreme Waste this year alone, learning about the benefits of reducing waste”.
“Xtreme Waste has achieved so much in the past 10 years and we’re got so much more we want to do. But right now we’re ready to party and celebrate our 10th birthday.”
$20 at the door, or $15 pre sales from Raglan Info Centre, Xtreme Waste or Matapihi Art Gallery.
