**About The Space:

House is fully equipped and only a 5 minute walk into town with all Raglan’s great restaurants, clubs, bars and music to choose from. With three bedrooms downstairs, upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with a large open deck. Have dinner on the deck and watch the sunset, the boats return with their catch, the kite surfers and sometimes, the Orca. With the right tide, you can kayak into town for lunch….two kayaks and paddles are in the shed along with all the fishing rods you need to catch a fish from the bottom of the garden. Plenty of off street parking, room for your boats. Be as peaceful, or as busy as you like…….the perfect holiday destination.

**Guest access:

You have access to the entire house, deck and pier.. there is a large garden with secret benches, even a little fish pond. The owner doesn’t live far from the property and can be readily accessible to answer any questions via text message.

Enjoy all that Raglan has to offer – right outside your doorstep! This house is perfect for families and couples interested in surfing, canoeing, fishing, boating, standup paddle-boarding, beach horseback riding and more. You will find a house manual with favorite destinations, coffee shops, dinner options, etc. Walk into town to have dinner and a few drinks, listen to the great music Raglan is known for and stroll home late thru the very well lit Kopua Domain. NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

Families preferred…..This is NOT a party house! Some special occasions can be considered but you must consult with the owners well in advance.

Some pets will be allowed with prior approval, apply to the owners in advance of your booking.
