Ashtanga Vinyassa Yoga improves muscle tone, circulation and flexibility, as well as posture, re-alignment, focus and concentration, and allows you to find a deeper relaxation. A workshop running this coming Saturday is designed for complete beginners as an introduction, and regular students wanting to improve their practice, including those in other styles.
1.5 hours is practical and a sequence is taught so students can practice at home. Then 1.5 hours is spent on philosophy.
