Start the day with an organic juice, make your own or pop in and see us for a fresh made cup full of organic goodness.
Put an organic sunscreen on at least a 1/2 hour before you the leave the house, and reapply after swimming or exercise
Indulge in all the lovely summer fruits, they taste yum and provide natural goodness (have you tried organic Kaiwhenua strawberries yet?).

Drink some dandelion beverage or our Wellbeing Tea to support your liver and digestive system during the festive season. If herbal tea is not your thing take some liver tablets such as milk thistle.

If you are having trouble winding down after a busy year support your body, try drinking chamomile tea, bedtime tea or use weleda sleep drops to encourage sleep and relaxation.

Moisturise often! Your skin will love you for it, also have on hand some aloe vera gel for the sunburn that is bound to happen.

If you are prone to coldsores take some lysine as a preventative, extra zinc and a good lip balm will also help
Bothered by sandflies? Use a herbal insect repellent, we make one here that is safe for kids.You could also burn a citronella candle.
