Over the past year, the dining scene in Raglan has really taken off. From well established restaurants to a handful of vibrant new places, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to great food. Stroll down Bow Street and you’ll find a selection of tasty morsels on offer from tapas, raw vegan sweets, sushi, burritos and curries to seafood, burgers and pizza. Venture slightly out of town and you have the likes of the wharf, Rock-It Cafe and the Raglan Food Department. George’s Beach Club
Located prominently on the main street, this is the perfect place for an afternoon craft beer in a relaxed setting. Make sure you try their wood-fired pizzas too. Serving Good George beer.
Wharf Kitchen & Bar
With a view of the ocean from the front deck, the Wharf Kitchen & Bar serves fresh seafood meals as well as food showcasing great New Zealand produce. Drop in for a beer while you watch the fishermen at the wharf.
Located out of town on the way to the surf beaches, Rock-it is a family friendly cafe with great food and coffee. A big lawn out the back means you can let the kids run free while you enjoy a nice meal.
